I just found out why i'm unable to get into my account by try to make a new one... i'll try to be specific on what i found out.
The problem is on your first character. It has the same name as your username that you use to login, if you delete the character, you can no longer play, if you change your login username in the settings, you can no longer play... Whatever kind of link is there with a character and username is the problem, which i someone sees this and tries to fix it.
Also on a new account, i was picking my class for the character when the game crashed... when i came back in, the character was now created with the class i was looking at before the game crashed... 😕

Hopefully someone can fix this, because it's frustrating when you want to play a game without having to worry about a simple mistake.

About the username: you dont use your username to login, you use a character name (example:i created my acc with the username Fellicia but i can use the name of my another characters to login[exemple if my username is 123 but i have a character named 321 if I put 321 to login as the username it will work])
