The division is a great idea and will be even better once you fill the game out and there are more players, there will be war! Ian your going to get a bunch of people crying about pK/pvp but be strong, remember there is a market out there for what your doing! Don't kill open world pvp and make stupid arenas either. You can make arenas but don't destroy open world pvp. Now however, if you want to stop ppl from being hank none stop, this is simple fix, turn player killers red (unless it someone from opposite faction) when a player is red, all guards will aggro on them. So they spend 30 minutes running from guards, this is a fair trade I think. This won't happen if you kill someone from a opposite faction, granted their guards will attack you regardless anyway, however if you kill them, they can always call for back up (that's how wars start)

No subscriptions - when I'm closer to a working game then it may be pay once (a-la minecraft). there will never be anything like 'pay for gold' in the game. I'm against in-game purchasing of gold (that some other software houses like)

Firewood/fishing are also planned - I accidentally happened upon a cool way to show 'fish' in an area today whilst looking at a blood spatter issue....

Now I can get stronger and go kill real players from the other side and bring honor to my faction! Ian I would still consider the point ranking system I came up with if I were you, but that's up to you. However that would give more meaning to the "war".
