1. To be able to help the new players
One of the main reasons as to why players quit so early on is not knowing what to do or how to play. I know this by experience. If there is not going to be a proper tutorial for the newbies it would be better if we were able to communicate with them in order to guide them along the way.

2. They may think the game is empty or hostile
When newbies start out there isn't always someone in their faction that they can communicate with and if there is, that person may not be very friendly. This can lead them to think that the game is empty or full of bullies. And who wants to play a game like that?

That concludes my suggestion. Please do consider reimplementing this as it would very much benefit new players. Thank you for taking the time to read through this. Good day.

The translations often give people headaches and lead to confusion among players since languages are usually so different from each other. I think that if the translator was taken off we would actually make an effort, not as players but as people, to try to learn more about each other and our languages. And social interaction in an MMO is definitely a must.

In my own opinion, it's pretty cool to see such diversity among players. In such a small community too! I think it is things like this that many MMOs are lacking. And personally, I would like to get to know people more like this. I know it seems silly since the translator obviously translates things so we can understand them better. But I believe in seeing things in their rawest form. It's kind of like seeing a woman without make-up and taking in her natural beauty. It's hard to explain. But please, do consider removing the translator so we can try understand each other better this way. Thank you for taking the time to read this and good day.

* add the drinks that the innkeeper advertises (That false advertising little...!)

* more building interiors

* powerful Butterfly as a dungeon boss (When dungeons are finished, of course.)

* a bridge east of Upper Mantle that allows players to traverse from there to Grenwold and back much more easily

* scorpions for the desert

* skeletons for dark dungeons

* restaurants and/or little places to eat food

* Monster huts around the Monster place

* tables and chairs in the lower left part of the bar area

* stools near the bar

* smaller beds (They're pretty big.)

* quest log

* pet interaction

* name pets

* stats for the first equips in WinterSun (Before armor was a thing.)

* make the green text that appears when you log on more noticeable or highlight the commands/important things listed there

* change chat name color

* post office-like place but with messenger birds to send things to people and/or just letters (This would need a mail storage place, of course.)

* turn the entrance to Battlegrounds into a portal

* ice-based enemies in Snowplains

* double prompt asking if you really want to delete your character

* ship that takes you to places for money

There's definitely some more but that'll for now...

Edit:

* separate slot(s) for rings

* prevent the chat from scrolling automatically when someone sends a message as you are scrolling up and re-enable when you scroll down to the very latest message
